Affiliation Terms And Conditions

1.2. When applying for affiliation, users have the option to select a unique name for their discount code. The discount code must be unique, and if a pre-existing name is chosen, the input field will trigger a notification, prompting the user to provide an alternative one.

1.3. Affiliates can also request additional personalized discount codes by contacting us directly through email or social media messaging channels. This enables them to provide unique discounts to their contacts. All requests will be thoroughly reviewed and affiliates will be promptly notified of our approval or denial.

1.4. Each affiliate can have multiple unique promotional codes, allowing them to provide different discount codes based on their target audience, whether friends, close acquaintances or general acquaintances.

1.5. The discount codes are additional to existing site discounts but are not cumulative. In other words, one discount excludes the other.

1.6. Affiliates can choose to share either the discount code directly with their contacts or provide their own link for navigation to the site. In the former case, customers manually enter the discount code at checkout, while in the latter, the code is automatically applied and visible only at checkout.

1.7. US Lab Technology reserves the right to reject any application not meeting our predetermined criteria and standards (including bots, fake email accounts, or individuals banned by our company's decision-making authorities for inappropriate behavior or spam). We reserve the right to decline applications from suspicious accounts, providing a detailed explanation via the provided email.

2.1. Affiliates will earn commissions for each valid referral or sale generated through their unique affiliate link or code/codes. The commission rates will be explicitly outlined and easily accessible in the affiliate dashboard.

2.2. Commissions will appear on the dashboard once the order is marked as 'complete' for clients, ensuring that commissions are ready for payment based on actual sales.

2.3. US Lab Technology retains the right to adjust commission rates in the event that the affiliate partnership transitions into a commercial arrangement. This involves engaging in discussions with the parties involved to maintain transparency and understanding. In such cases, if a commercial network is established, commissions may be tiered and contingent on the generated sales volume, rather than being fixed.

2.4. Payments will be disbursed on the first of each month.

3.1. Affiliates are expected to promote US Lab Technology's products and services with the utmost professionalism and adherence to ethical standards. We highly appreciate affiliates who prioritize authenticity and credibility in their marketing efforts.

3.2. Prohibited promotional methods include, but are not limited to, spamming, misleading advertising, and unauthorized use of US Lab Technology's trademarks. We emphasize the importance of promoting our brand responsibly.

Points 3.1 and 3.2 imply that if an affiliate does not possess our product and recommends it as a valid solution based on their own experience, it is not considered ethical behavior. Instead, they could communicate the presence of our brand, aware of the validity of its technology in the aesthetic field due to numerous scientific studies and accessible online resources. They can share their exclusive promotional code, known to be applicable on our platform if their contacts are interested in purchasing. Similarly, a person who owns the product and simply promotes it by sharing random links and coupons without providing genuine feedback on their experience is not appreciated, as it could damage our image and the purchasing experience of our customers. We aim to protect our consumers with correct and transparent purchases and also protect our affiliates by working with a serious and valid company, promoting an honest and different trend in affiliation and communication.

4.1. US Lab Technology reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program in the case of a violation of the outlined terms and conditions. This means that in extreme cases, we can terminate the affiliation without a guaranteed notice period, proceeding with subsequent notification and explanation to the user.

4.2. If the affiliate believes the termination of the affiliation is our error, we are open to discussing it with the directly involved party.

4.3. Cancellation of the account due to misconduct results in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions as a consequence of the resolution process, reflecting the deemed unworthiness of compensation due to the harm caused to our brand image.

5.1. Affiliates are entrusted with confidential information during their participation in the program. It is imperative that affiliates maintain the confidentiality of this information and refrain from disclosing it to third parties.

5.2. In the event of unjust defamation against our brand, including attempts by competitors to sabotage our sales through malicious recommendations, spam, or by creating deceptive accounts for negative reviews within our affiliate program, thereby questioning our professionalism, we reserve the right to present evidence to counteract any false information spread through social media channels or review platforms. Furthermore, we retain the option to take legal action to counter such false claims and protect our reputation.

6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. In the event of any disputes, the resolution process will be conducted through arbitration, ensuring a fair and impartial resolution.

7.1. US Lab Technology retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with due notice provided to affiliates. The document will always be available for consultation. This can happen if laws change, and/or if the affiliate experience leads us to articulate certain parts of the document further. By participating in our affiliate program, you express your agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions, forming the foundation of our collaborative and successful partnership.
