How does the US Master work?

It is very simple. For the initial use, you will need to charge it using the provided cable. Then, press and hold the power button until you hear a beep sound to turn it on. To choose a treatment, click the power button once for the first mode, twice for the second, three times for the third, and four times for the fourth. You can use the silicone sleeves for gentle daily treatments and the microfiber cleaning cloth for hygienic use before and after each treatment. When using the device, position the spatula facing upwards on your face at a 45-degree angle to eliminate impurities and for anti-aging treatments (the first three treatment modes). Face the spatula downwards at the same angle to aid the absorption of nutrients from your beauty creams during the negative ion treatment (fourth and final mode).

What are the benefits of the anti-aging treatment using ultrasonic vibrations and ions?

The ultrasonic sequences used in the lifting mode with 24k±1k vibrations, stimulate the natural production of collagen, reducing wrinkles and expression lines. They help prevent aging by stimulating tissues, and the stainless steel spatula can be used with or without vibration, like a Gua Sha treatment tool, as they are designed to follow facial muscles effectively. For everyday treatments, you can use the wavy silicone sleeve to gently massage your face, promoting lifted and invigorated skin tissue.

Is your product suitable for all skin types?

Yes, the US Master is designed to accommodate all skin types, addressing various skin concerns with its versatile features. For oily skin, its ultrasonic vibrations deeply cleanse, control excess sebum, and reduce the appearance of an oily complexion. Individuals with normal skin can adjust the pressure for customized treatments and can choose a gentler touch using the silicone sleeves without vibration features. For dry skin, the silicone sleeves can facilitate gentle cleansing and lifting treatments. Those with sensitive skin benefit from the non-reactive and non-abrasive stainless steel spatula and silicone sleeves, minimizing external irritants. If you have combination skin, you can tailor treatments by adjusting the touch pressure based on different skin areas.

Can the US Master remove blackheads?

Yes, by using the spatula facing upward at a 45-degree angle, it's possible to remove blackheads with the Ion+ treatment mode. Afterward, you can use the spatula facing downward with the negative ion feature to apply a cream or serum of your choice to close the pores and keep them clean.

What outcomes can I anticipate from using your device?

Our device offers a comprehensive skincare solution. It’s perfect for deep facial cleansing, effectively removing makeup residues and environmental pollutants. Its spatula and silicone sleeves ensure an impeccable cleansing experience. Additionally, if you need exfoliation, our device's positive ion technologies open pores for a deeper clean. Place the spatula on your face facing upwards to remove impurities and for anti-aging treatments (the first three treatment modes), and downwards to help the penetration of nutrients from your beauty creams during the negative ion treatment (fourth and last mode).

Is it safe to use during pregnancy or while undergoing hormonal treatments?

It is always advisable to consult your doctor for these specific concerns before making a purchase.

During use, it emits a sound and shuts off; is this normal?

Yes, the device turns off to prevent incorrect use in a specific facial area for an extended period. You can turn it back on and use it on another facial area or use it in a powered-off state as a Gua Sha treatment tool with the stainless steel spatula or with the silicone caps to clean and lift your skin. Another reason for the shutdown might be that the device has been in use for too long, causing the ultrasonic vibrations to heat the spatula. You can resume the treatment after 2-7 seconds.

Is it normal for the spatula to become warmer?

Yes, the warmth is due to the 24k±1k ultrasonic vibrations of the spatula. It might also turn off to prevent overheating since it has built-in sensors. Simply wait 2-7 seconds if the spatula becomes too warm for you and then continue the treatment.

What should I do when it beeps twice?

The double beeping signals that the device's battery is depleted, and it needs to be recharged.

How do I use the ion treatments?

Position your fingers on the two side bars, the ones you use to hold the tool, and begin your desired treatment.

The silicone sleeves do not transmit vibrations; is this normal?

Yes, the silicon sleeves are designed to offer a gentler experience for daily use or for individuals with sensitive skin. The device's ergonomic handle allows you to smoothly use the silicon sleeves on the spatula to clean and/or lift your skin.

Can I use it in the shower?

No, it is not waterproof since it has ionic technology. Dedicate relaxing moments for your beauty treatments and focus on them with care.

Is it safe to use it every day?

It depends on the treatment mode. The clean mode is suitable for everyday use, effectively removing makeup, excess oil, and pollution particles. You can incorporate the bristled silicone sleeve as a part of your skincare routine for cleansing purposes. Exfoliating the skin is not advisable daily but rather once a week at most, which applies to our device as well if you want to use the Ion+ treatment. Lift mode is suitable for two times a week with vibrations or daily as Gua Sha tool without vibrations, as with the wavy silicone sleeve. You can conclude your skincare routine by nourishing your skin using the Ion- mode treatment daily. Ensure the spatula is facing downward and apply it gently.

Are they travel-friendly?

Yes, its iconic bags allow you to carry your skincare essential safely and hygienically wherever you go.

Can I use it on acne or damaged skin?

You have to consult your doctor beforehand to avoid further damage to your condition since the tool stimulates collagen and tissue regeneration, but its vibrations might interfere with ongoing treatments. ONLY IF YOUR DOCTOR SAYS YOU CAN USE IT, remember to thoroughly cleanse your skin and prepare it for treatments following the instructions to prevent spreading dirt and impurities on your pores, worsening your situation, and use it with a gentle touch to avoid exacerbating skin damage.

Securing beneficial partnerships has allowed US to reduce shipping costs, handling fees, and emissions. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free and typically takes approximately 6-10 total business days for delivery. We also offer faster shipping through DHL, but the associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer, aligning with our shipping policies and strategies to minimize emissions.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The shipping times may varies between countries and areas.
Generally it takes 10-12 business days for countries in the EU area, Mexico and Canada,
6-10 business days for the United States, and 15-30 days for South Africa.

Do you offer express shipping or faster shipping options?

Yes, we provide the option with DHL for your package to reach its destination within 3-7 business days. However, the shipment cost is around $30 and it is at expense of the customer as it requires separate shipping for your product, increasing the emissions percentage.

I received your package from an overseas address; is this normal?

Yes it is. We've established partnerships with international warehouses to reduce costs and emissions, where our products are stocked. For legal purposes, the shipping address must be the place where the goods are dispatched. Hence, you'll find the warehouse nearest you as the originating sender.

Returns

How can I initiate a dispute for a product I believe is damaged or malfunctioning?

You can contact US at the support email address provided in the order confirmation email. Please open a dispute with US within 30 days of package delivery. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, complete with all accessories and we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any sign of use. You must provide photos displaying the malfunction or damage. In cases where the issue is not evident through photos, video evidence must also be provided.

Which reasons are not accepted for returns and refunds?

Returns and refunds are not accepted if the product has been used/shows any sign of use or if you have had a change of heart after receiving it. Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly common to return items solely for the purpose of creating content for social media platforms. Due to the unacceptable nature of this behavior and its significant contribution to waste and emissions, we hope for your understanding regarding this decision.

Will you accept returns for damaged packaging or product?

For significantly damaged products, a full refund is available, while partially damaged items qualify for a partial refund. We do not accept returns for lightly damaged packaging or minor transit distress as our quality control ensures the product's condition before shipment.

Can an order be canceled for a full refund?

Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not been processed.
